Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us!

However, if you are not fully satisfied, you can return your entire order—or parts of it—within 30 days of placing your order, without providing any reason. The amount will be refunded to you within 10 business days after we receive the return, provided the items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if the items are damaged upon receipt.

Let’s work together to become the best versions of ourselves. One step we can take together to reduce CO₂ emissions and waste is to minimize the number of returns. Therefore, we have decided not to offer free returns. You will need to cover the shipping costs, and we reserve the right to deduct a flat rate of €5 (within Austria) or €10 (outside of Austria) from the total refund amount for the return shipping. You are also welcome to bring your jewelry back to us in person. Please email us in advance as outlined below.

HOW EASY IT IS TO RETURN

Send us an email at carinomio@gmx.at with the subject "Return" to initiate your return. Please include your order number and your bank details (name, IBAN, BIC) so we can process the refund after receiving your return.

We will then send you a shipping label via email to print out.

Please return the purchased items in their original packaging to the following address. Be sure to keep the receipt from Österreichische Post AG (just in case!).
